I have had the dryBuddy for about 8 weeks. It is my second enuresis alarm. I had the Malem alarm for about 8 months and It stopped working. I did not want to spend another $100 for a second alarm. This one is working well as a replacement for the malem. The shirt clip does slide off if not attached properly but I have not had a problem with it since I learned how it clicks together properly. I have not had any problems with the underwear clip attaching.
